Our spacious “Walchsee” holiday apartment in Kaiserwinkl is located on the 2nd floor and can accommodate 1-5 people. The balcony offers unique views of the Walchsee and the Kaiserwinkl. The holiday apartment offers two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and refrigerator, a living room with dining area, couch with extra bed and satellite TV, a bathroom with shower/WC and a balcony with views of the lake.
To ensure our smaller guests also enjoy a relaxing holiday, we also have a few extras available: in addition to indoor and outdoor games, we also have cots, high chairs, changing mat, children’s beds and much more.

Cleaning upon departure: one-off € 80 fee
Tourist tax: € 1.90 /day per person (children below 15 years are free)
From autumn 2024 € 2.50 / day and person (children up to 15 years free)
Pets are not allowed in our apartments.
Rates include:bedlinen, towels, dish towels, WiFi, Kaiserwinkl card with many advantages and Kaiserwinkl swim card
Cancellation and payment conditions:
- Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival
- Cancellation 29-8 days before arrival incurs a fee of 30% of the total stay
- Cancellation within days of arrival incurs a fee of 70% of the total stay
- Non-arrivals/late arrivals will be charged 90% of the rate for each night missed
Check-in: From 15:00 unless otherwise agreed
Check-out: Before 09:30
A deposit is not required; for us, written confirmation is sufficient.
Payment is made in cash on site.
